the project is a mixed-use building that includes office, commercial, and F&B areas. located in a strategic setting, the design responds to its surroundings by minimizing the building area at the ground level to create visual openness, enhance integration with public space, and optimize parking use. the building mass on each floor is set back inward—generating a rhythm of terraces and balconies that define the building's character, maximize spatial use, improve privacy by distancing from street noise, and generate natural shading for a more comfortable environment.
